Who We Are
We are a community joining Jesus in his work of renewal and transformation in our lives, in the RDU, and beyond.
Our Vision
Our vision is the prayer of Jesus (Matthew 6:10) made local—and reaching beyond:
In the RDU & Beyond as it is in Heaven
Our mission is the way we’re called to participate in seeing Christ prayer answered in our day, through:
Practicing The Way of Jesus, Together.
Our Three Pursuits
Our Three Pursuits guide how we practice The Way of Jesus, Together.
The Presence of God. Being with Jesus (John 15:4–5)
Formation of People. Becoming Like Jesus (2 Corinthians 3:18)
Renewal of the City & Beyond. Doing What Jesus Did (Acts 1:8)
What We Beleive
We are a Jesus-centered community. We submit to him, through the Holy Spirit, as Teacher, Savior, and Lord. As a community, we affirm the confession of the Apostles Creed (2nd Century AD) and Nicene Creed (4th Century AD) as guiding statements of orthodoxy (right teaching) within the historic Christian church.
We also subscribe to recent summaries of Christian doctrine as formulated in the Lausanne Covenant - a global representation of 150 nations from around the world.
